Return Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from alchemyonline.net. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us.

Goods Reported Faulty Within 14 Days of Receipt

Fauly goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery. A call to our service desk on 0845 052 4399 should be made, where we will issue a Returns Number (RN). When the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Goods Reported Faulty More Than 14 Days of Receipt

If you are reporting faulty goods more than 14 days after receipt, then we strongly recommend that you contact the manufacturer direct for a warranty repair. This is often the quickest way to have a fault repaired. For example in some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and / or telephone help facilities for your convenience. Alternatively you can contact us direct if the goods do not conform to contract.

Used Stock

Please note that our used stock is sold with 3 months warranty only, and therefore any claims under the warranty after 3 months of receipt will be refused.
